Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award

  • Location: Nationwide (DMV residents eligible)
  • Grant Amount: Up to $10,000 (one-time award)
  • Age: 8-18 years old
  • Can Be Used For: Private lessons, instruments, summer camps, audition travel, competition fees
  • Who Qualifies: Classically-trained musicians with financial need (90% of recipients from families with annual income under $60,000)

  • Grant Amount: DC Chapter awards $2,000 (1st place), $1,500 (2nd place), and $1,000 (3rd place)

  • Services: Emergency financial assistance, affordable housing, health care counseling, career development
