What You’ll Do
Develop fun and creative ways to thank and spotlight our volunteers.
Check in with volunteers regularly to make sure they’re happy and thriving.
Troubleshoot any issues and uncover ways we can improve the volunteer experience.
Create initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and community among our volunteers.

A knack for building relationships and making people feel valued.
Creativity and enthusiasm for celebrating others.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to collaborate remotely and attend meetings in the ET time zone.
