About Digital Strategy
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to help us expand our reach and optimize our software for long-term growth
The ideal candidate must be:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English - clear communication is required.
- At least 32-40 hours per week of availability
- Senior level (5+ years of professional experience)
- Results-driven, ambitious, organized, articulate, and a self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and growth channels such as SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing funnels.
- Capable of analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and communicate results to the rest of the team.
