Be the Voice of Musicians and Industry Professionals!
Are you passionate about music and health? The DMV Music Alliance is looking for Advisors to ensure musicians’ and industry professionals’ voices are at the heart of our health and wellness programs. From mental health to physical well-being, you’ll help shape initiatives that truly support the unique needs of music professionals. Examples include Mental Health Counselors, Physical Therapists, Nutritionist/Dietitians, Sleep Specialists, and Substance Abuse Specialists.
What You’ll Do:
Be the bridge between the music community and wellness experts—ensuring programs are relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
Advocate for artists’ and industry professionals’ needs in discussions on health, accessibility, and resources.
Gather feedback from the music community to improve our support services.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure programs align with real-world challenges.
What You Bring:
A deep understanding of the challenges musicians face—whether from personal experience or industry involvement.
Strong communication skills and a passion for advocacy.
A love for collaboration and community-building.
Must be based in the United States and knowledgeable about US healthcare systems and laws.
