We’re looking for a creative and analytical mind to help us master platform algorithms, optimize our content strategies, and expand our digital footprint across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Analyze platform algorithms and trends to help us stay ahead of the curve
Optimize content timing, formatting, and posting strategies
Work closely with our marketing and content teams to boost visibility and engagement
Track metrics and translate numbers into creative wins
What You Bring
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how their algorithms work
A passion for music, community, and digital storytelling
Strong analytical skills + a creative spark
Availability for meetings in Eastern Time
