Are you a social media pro who lives for trends, analytics, and engagement? The DMV Music Alliance is looking for a Social Media Associate to support our marketing team in managing all things digital!
What You’ll Do:
Optimize content for different platforms—ensure posts have the right formats, sizes & specs.
Track social media performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Help execute and refine campaign strategies alongside our marketing coordinators.
Monitor interactions—comments, messages, and engagement—to keep our community buzzing.
Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates to maximize reach & impact.
What You Bring:
A passion for music and social media strategy.
Experience with social media management, analytics, and platform algorithms.
Strong attention to detail & organization skills.
Ability to work remotely but attend meetings in the ET time zone.
